As a consumer, when you pay for a product or service, online or in a shop, in your home country, or elsewhere in the EU, you have rights under EU law. 
Here are 5 of these important consumer rights. 
Discuss them with your student and practice through activities in the quiz_activity sheet using pictures and demonstrating the situations on particular examples 
(ex.: you are the consumer wanting to claim your rights - you have just discovered that after unpacking, your computer is not working, what should you do?)
